Tanin gazetesinin penceresinden Osmanlı iç siyaseti (1908-1909)

Abstract

Bu çalışma; 1908 – 1909 seneleri arasındaki Osmanlı iç siyasi gelişmelerinin, devrin önemli gazetelerinden birisi olan Tanin'in penceresinden aktarmayı amaçlamaktadır. İttihat ve Terakki Partisi'ne yakın olan ve partinin siyasi görüşlerini benimseyen gazete; II. Meşrutiyet'in ilan edilmesinden sonraki süreçte, ülkede yaşanan gelişmeleri okuyucularına aktarmıştır. Bunu yaparken, farklı misyonlar üstlenen gazete; yeni yönetim ve rejimin, hangi konularda ne tür çalışmalar yapması gerektiğini de, gazetede çıkan yazılar üzerinden açık bir şekilde belirtmiştir.Tezimizde; Tanin Gazetesinin olayları nasıl aktardığı üzerinde, yaşanan gelişmeler baz alınarak durulmaya çalışılmıştır. Kronolojiye ve konuya uygun bir şekilde oluşturulan bölümler içerisinde, gazetenin olayları nasıl aktardığı ve yorumladığı tezimizde yer almıştır. Çalışmamızda, gazetenin yorumunun yanı sıra, diğer kaynakların bakış açısı da incelenmiştir. Elinden geldiği kadar objektif olmaya çalışan gazete, İttihat ve Terakki ile çok sıkı ilişkilere sahip olduğu için zaman zaman bu tutumunu kaybetmiştir. Özellikle 31 Mart İsyanı sonrasında gazetenin basıldığı matbaaya gerçekleştirilen saldırıdan sonra daha sert bir dilin Tanin tarafından kullanıldığı gözlerden kaçmamıştır.

The purpose of this study; It aims to convey the Ottoman internal political developments between the years 1908 and 1909 through the window of Tanin, one of the most important newspapers of the period. The newspaper, which is close to the Union and Progress Association and has adopted political views of the party; In the period after the Second Constitution was proclaimed, the developments in the country were passed on to the readers. In doing so, the newspaper has undertaken different missions; the new administration and the regime as well as the type of work to be done in which subjects are clearly stated through the articles published in the newspaper.Our thesis; The Tanin Newspaper tried to focus on how it handled events based on living developments. Within the chronology and the sections that are formed in accordance with the subject, our thesis is how the journalist transfers and interprets the events. In our work, the perspective of other sources as well as the interpretation of the journal was examined. The newspaper, which is trying to be as objective as it can, has lost its position from time to time because it has very close relations with the Union and Progress. Especially after the attack on March 31 after the rebellion of the newspaper printed on the newspaper did not escape from the eyes of a tougher language.
