Abstract
SUMMARY For the quantitative analysis of osteoporosis, twenty three men, seventy three women, totally ninety six patients and three hundred eighty four vertebrae were scanned and their densities were measured. It is found that densities diminished with the increasing age, in the same parallel with the literature. We wanted to show that it will be useful establishing the persons who are in the risk population; planning and following their treatment and estimating their fracture risk.
