Abstract
Son yıllarda meydana gelen gelişmeler sonucunda, örgütlerin yaşamında, insan davranışlarını etkileyen çok sayıda faktörün olduğu ortaya çıkmış ve böylece örgütsel davranış daha da fazla önem kazanmıştır. Bununla ilişkili olarak örgütlerde iş performansının da önemi ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu çalışmada örgütsel adalet ve psikolojik sermayenin iş performansı üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Bağımlı değişken iş performansı, bağımsız değişkenler ise psikolojik sermaye ve örgütsel adalettir. Örgütsel adalet örgüt içerisinde adaleti sağlayan, çalışanların adalet algısını ifade eden ve iş performansını etkileyen bir kavramdır. Psikolojik sermaye ise bireyin olumlu durum değerlendirmesi ve motive edilmiş çaba ve azme dayalı başarı olasılığıdır. Bu çalışma çerçevesinde 117 kişi üzerinde uygulanan anketin sonuçlarına bakıldığında hem psikolojik sermayenin hem de örgütsel adaletin ve alt boyutlarının iş performansı üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi olduğu ancak psikolojik sermayenin iş performansı üzerinde örgütsel adalete göre daha fazla etkiye sahip olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. As a result of the studies conducted in recent years, it was found that factors affecting the organizational behaviors existed, in this way organizational behavior gained importance. Also, job performance in organizations became important. In this study had investigated the effect of organizational justice and psychological capital on job performance. Our dependent variable is job performance, independent variables are organizational justice and psychological capital. Organizational justice means the justice perception of employees. It ensures fairness in organizations and it has an effect on job performance of employees. Psychological capital is an individual's positive situation assessment and the probability of success based on motivated effort and tenacity. In order to understand job performance, it is necessary to understand the types of organizational justice. Also, it is required to understand the influence of organizational justice and psychological capital and job performance. When we look at the results in this study, in which participated 117 employee on survey, it has seen that there is a significant effect of both psychological capital and organizational justice and their types on job performance. Also it has founded that psychological capital is more effective on job performance than organizational justice.
