dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada bir imalat sektöründe planlama ve kontrol faaliyetlerinin ilk aşaması olan Talep Tahmini Analizi incelendikten sonra, işletmenin son sekiz yıllık satış verileri, bilgisayar programı yazılan dört sezgisel teknik ile analiz edilerek planlama ve kontrol faaliyetlerinin daha sağlıklı yapılabilmesi için bir altyapı oluşturulmuştur.
