Endüstriyel işletmelerde işletme kaynakları planlaması (ERP) sisteminin tasarımı, analiz ve uygulanması

Abstract

ÖZET Son yıllarda gelişmiş ülkelerde yoğun ilgi gören bilgisayarla endüstriyel yönetim teknikleri uygulamaları arasında en popüler olan ve uygulamada çok başarılı sonuçlar elde eden aracın, işletme kaynakları planlaması (ERP) olduğu bilinmektedir. Başarılı olmak arzusundaki günümüz işletmeleri daha çok planlama ve yönetim sistemlerine önem vermektedirler. Bu tespitin bir sonucu olarak, işletme kaynaklan planlaması (ERP) günden güne popülerliğini arttırmaktadır. Bu çalışmada işletme kaynaklan planlamasının incelenmesi hedef alınmıştır. Bu amaçla, ilk olarak malzeme ihtiyaç planlaması(MRP) sistemine, daha sonra ise üretim kaynakları planlaması (MRP II) sistemine değinilmiştir. Adı geçen bu iki sistem incelendikten sonra, işletme kaynaklan planlaması (ERP) incelenmiştir. Bir ERP yazılımı olan Industrial Application Software (TAS) standart sistemi ve modülleri tanıtılmıştır. Söz konusu bu IAS yazılımı Mutlu Akü ve Malzemeleri San. Tic. A.Ş'de uygulanmıştır ve elde edilen sonuçlar tartışılmıştır. XII

ABSTRACT It is well-known that Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP), which has become one of the most popular planning systems, has been raising great interest regarding the computer-based implementation of industrial management techniques in the industrialised countries during the past years. At the same time, Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) is the means that produces very successful results in practice. Showing a strong will to be successful, today's operating enterprises put emphasis mainly on planning and management systems. As a result of this fact, Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) is becoming more and more popular every day. This work aims to examine Enterprise Resources Planning in detail. In order to do this, a closer look has been given to Material Requirement Planning (MRP)at first, and then to Manufacturing Resources Planning (MRP II). After the examination of the mentioned systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) has been examined. The Industrial Application Software (IAS) standard system and its modules, which are part of ERP, have been introduced. IAS software has been applied to the `Mutlu Akü ve Malzemeleri San. Tic. A.Ş.` and the results obtained have been discussed. Xlll
