Tavuk gübresinin pelet hale getirilmesi ve doğal çevre havası yardımıyla kurutulması

Abstract

ÖZET Yoğun tavukçuluk isletmelerinde artan hayvan sayısı i İs birlikte çoğalan tavuk gübresi büyük bir sorun olmaktadır. Bitki besin maddesi olarak toprağa verilen ve hayvan yemlerinde önemli derecede yem katkısı olarak kullanılabilen tavuk gübresinin değerlendirilebilmesi için kısa zamanda kurutul mas1. gerekmektedir. Bu amaçla, taze tavuk gübresine ön kurutma ile geometrik şekiller kaşandırılmış ve bu şekillerin farklı koşullarda karakteristikleri araştırılmıştır. Bu çalışma laborstuvar koşullarında 5 tekrarl amal ı olarak yürütülmüştür. Araştırma konusu olarak aşağıdaki -faktörler ve seviyelerinin kabuk 1 ;

SUMMARY It is becoming a great problem the increase in fresh chicken excreta as a result of the increase in the number o+ poultry in the intensive poultry enterprises. Chicken e^cret* which can be used as a plant nutrient and in a great extent as a.feed integrant in animal food, should be dried in a short -çk,.,,-: of time for utilizing it. With this purpose, fresh chicken excreta was given snap--? to geometrical forms by predrying and the crusting characteristics of these shapes under different conditions were studied.
