Abstract
Especially for the last few years, energy has been a major component of the whole world countries' local and foreign agenda and increasingly pre ssuring regulation of international relations. Population structure, the dynamics of gr owing and developing with production and consumption, opportun ity of domestic energy resources, advantages or disadvantages of their geog raphical locations, security perception, economical, commercial and political relations of countries, struct ural, financial and institutional developments of global energy markets etc. can cause important changes in the role of energy sources of total pr imary energy supply. Trends of the global energy consumption ratio of regions and countries depends on the global demand for energy sources and acting important roles on the whole energy dynamics. As parallel to the increasing demand in certain regions the pressure for the security of energy supply routes and enterprising the free market in good conditions. In this thesis, in the context of global energy trends and na tional threat and risk perceptions, energy security concept dimensions of energy supply security, economy and technology are examined in cause and affect and it is aimed to analysis in a whole. In the thesis, the basic energy indexes which are calculated and used in analogi cal ways are very important in showing the trends in th e past, developments in numerical way, evaluating the position of energy chain in different sides, defining the possible targets, improving strategies to change thre ats and risks into the advantages etc. The right energy supply combin ation of differentiation fr om countries is having obligations in the variety of the sources in primary energy supply, satisfying the supply alternatives according to this lim itations in and outside the country in different ways in the responsibility of global/regional balances and making sustainability of all these conditions
