Şizofreni tanılı hastalarda ince motor hareketteki bozulmanın değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Şizofreni hastalarında görülen psikomotor yavaşlama, hemen tüm gündelik hareketleri etkiler. Gündelik hareketler de tıpkı HVT(Hedefe Vuru Testi) gibi dinamik bir süreçtir; hedef sürekli yer değiştirir, olumsuz geri bildirimlere göre hareket yeniden düzenlenir ve farklı bir şekilde denenir. Bu açıdan bakıldığında HVT'nin hem önceki çalışmalarda kullanılan testlere göre, hem de bu çalışmada da kullanılan PVT(Parmak Vuru Testi) ve 2-SRZT(2-seçimli reaksiyon zamanı testi)'e göre gündelik hareketlere daha çok benzediği söylenebilir. Buradan yola çıkarak şizofreni hastalarında görülen psikomotor yavaşlamanın önde gelen sebebinin bilişsel beceri olduğunu, motor hızın da düştüğünü ancak şizofreni hastalarının tam tersine bilişsel becerideki eksikiliği motor süreçle kompanse etmeye çalıştıkları çıkarımı yapılmıştır.

Psychomotor slowing seen in schyzophrenia patients effect almost all daily activites. Daily activites are dynamic processes just as TTT(Target Tapping Test); the target moves all the time and the movement is remastered according to negative feedback and tried in other ways. From this perspective we can assume that TTT is more similar to daily activities than FTT(Finger Tapping Test) and 2-CRTT(2-choices reaction time test). As a result it can be said that psychomotor slowing is mostly caused by impaired cognitive skills and motor speed is also decreased in schyzophrenia patients but on the contrary schyzophrenia patients are trying to compensate their impaired cognitive skills with the motor proces
