Hymenolepis nananın epidemiyolojisi ve erişkin elde edilmesi üzerine araştırmalar

Abstract

S UM M A EY In our study, İO.OŞİ patients who are send from different cliniea in E. Ü. Medical Faculty and who directly came from İzmir and interland were examined. It's found that 129 ( 1.28 % ) of the 10051 patients were infected with Hymenolepis eggs. The ratio of age, sex and residency are evaluated, compared to the other years. In the study 24 mice is used show the life-cycle of Hymenolepis nana. 600 Hymenolepis nana eggs which are obtained by purification, were swallowed by the mice with the help of a ball point needle, which is send to the mice oesaphagus. After 17 days in the feaces of the mice, Hymenolepis nana eggs were seen. In the small intestine of the mice that we disseceated after 20-22 days adult worms were seen.
