Abstract
ö Z.E T insan kadavrasından alınan Medulla Spinalis1 in bel bölgesi üzerinde ön ve arka köklerde myelin halkaları üze rinde kalitatif ve kantitatif inceleme yapıldı. Veigert-Landow metodu ile boyanan kesitler ışık mik roskobunda incelendi. On ve arka köklerden yapılan kesitlerde toplam 132.4-23 adet myelin halkası çap (büyük, orta, küçük) ve et kalınlığı (kalın, orta, ince) özelliğine göre sayıldı, ön kök sol bölgede toplam 20.012, sağda 18.171 myelin halkası ar ka kök solda 50.482, sağ bölgede 43.758 myelin halkası in celendi. On kök sol tarafta kalın etliler # 71, orta etli # 20, ince etli # 8, büyük çaplı # 34 (14-22 ju), or ta çaplı #36 (8-14 ai), küçük çaplı #18 (3-8 ai), çok küçük çaplı #10 (3 ai) sağ tarafta kalın etli #67, orta etli #22, ince etli # 10, büyük çaplı #35 (14-22 m), or ta çaplı #36 (8-14 ju), küçük çaplı #18 (3-8), çok küçük çaplı #10 (3 m). SUMMARY Qualitative and quantitative research on myelinated rings of anterior and posterior roots was carried out on the lumbar medulla spinalis taken from human cedavres. Sections from the medulla spinalis were examined under the light microscope after having been stained using the Veigert-Landow method. A total of 132.423 myelin rings according to their diameters (thick, medium, small) and myelin thicknesses (thick, medium, thin) was counted 20.012 in the left, anterior root section, 18.171 in the right, anterior root, in the left, posterior root section 50.482 and 43.758 myelin rings the right, posterior root were examined. The percentage of thick myelinated rings was 71 % medium thick ones 20 % and thinly myelinated rings 58 %, those with a large diametre 34 % (14-22 ju), medi um diameter 36 # (8-14 ;u), small diametre 18 % (3-8 aO and very small diametre 10 % (3 ja) was found in the left an terior root. The percentage of thick myelinated rings 67 % me dium myelinated 22 %, thinly myelinated 10 %, those with a large diametre 35 % (14-22 ju), medium diametre 36 % (8-14 ai) small diametre 18 # (3-8 /1) and very small dia-- şo - metre 10 # (3 ja) was found in the right, anterior root.
