Türkiye`de dört büyük sanayi kuruluşunda iş sağlığı ve iş güvenliği hemşireliği çalışmalarının değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

71- 7. ÖZET Bu araştırma Türk Traktör Fabrikası, PETKÎM, TOYOTASA ve Çankaya Belediyesinde çalışan hemşireler üzerinde görüşme yöntemi ile uygulanmıştır. Görüşme sırasında sondajlama tekniği sıkça kullanılmıştır Tutulan kayıtlarda elde edilen bulgular sınıflandırılarak sunulmuş ve yorumlan yapılmıştır. Araştırma yapılan kurumlardan TOYOTASA ve Türk Traktör Fabrikası özel sektöre aitken, PETKÎM ve Çankaya Belediyesi kamuya ait kuruluşlardır. TOYOTASA ve Türk Traktör Fabrikasında çalışan hemşireler yüksek okul mezunu iken Çankaya Belediyesi ve PETKÎM'de çalışan hemşireler lise mezunudur. TOYOTASA'da çalışan hemşire hemşirelik görevlerinin tamamına yakınım yerine getirirken, Türk Traktör Fabrikasında çalışan hemşire 7 tanesini, Çankaya Belediyesinde çalışan hemşire 4 tanesi ve PETKÎM'de çalışan hemşirede bir tanesini yerine getirmektedir. Araştırmada işçi sağlığı ve iş güvenliğine önem veren anlayışın geliştiği, yeterli araç gereç ve malzeme ile donatılmış kurumlarda hemşirelerin daha aktif çalıştığı tesbit edilmiştir. Hemşirelerin çalıştıkları kurumda ekip anlayışının hakim olması, hemşirelerin işçi sağlığı ve iş güvenliği hizmetlerindeki basanları üzerinde etkendir. Hemşirelerin eğitim seviyelerinin artmasına bağlı olarak işçi sağlığı ve iş güvenliği hizmetlerindeki etkinliğinin arttığı tesbit edilmiştir.74- When the increase in the level of the nurses, the increase in the success of the service of occupational health and occupational safety was seen and these two part are dependent on each other. Together with none of the nurses who work in this field, took the special education. Generally the cure health service firstly is goes on and at the other time the protective health service is practiced. Seperatedly in institution, the nurses'activity increase by depending on their activity which is wanted from themselves. In the outcome of the research, just as both in every part of the country the notion of the importance of occupational health and occupational safety is increased and the nurses are educated with related subject this increases in their quality of nursing activity.

73 8. SUMMARY This research was applied on nurses who work at Turkish Tractor Factory, PETKİM, TOYOTASA and Çankaya Municipality by methods of interviewing. During that the technic at sounding was rather, frequently used. Inventions which was had from written registrations, were represented by clarifying and were interpreted. While some institutions are private sector such as TOYOTASA and Turkish Tractor Factory, the others for examine PETKİM and Çankaya Municipality belong to public sector, and at some institutions like TOYOTASA and Turkish Tractor Factory the nurses graduated from the university but on the other hand at PETKİM and Çankaya Municipality the nurses graduated from high school. At TOYOTASA the nurse does most of their function of nursing but at Turkish Tractor Factory just 7 functions at Çankaya Municipality 4 functions and at PETKİM 1 function do their function of nursing. All of the function of nursing are 11 points. At research the development the concept of the occupational health and occupational safety's importance is seen and at some institutions which provided with enough tools, necessary things and the materials, the nurses work more actively.
