dc.description.abstract-108- 7. SUMMARY The research has been carried out to identify the preblems of nurses, in addition to the issues originated from the working environment, the problems originated from working hours, that is shift and night work. The research has been planned quantitatively by using negotiations technique with the focused group. The research has been performed by forming 3 groups, each consisting of 8 nurses working only daytime, working only according to watch system and shift system, among nurses of Hacettepe University Adult Hospital and Ministry of Health Ankara Numune Hospital. The data in this research has been obtained by evaluating the answers given to the 1 1 questions which aawere asked by the researchers to the participants who participated in these groups. In this research, it as established that nurses had problems regarding with the management, pyhsical environment, social possibilities, social status quo and economy. Furthermore it was identified that nurses have lived important problems originating from systems and periods. According to the result of the research, because of night work and shift system, a great portion of the participants, stated that their social lives and sleeping order have been effected and in their spare time thay could not find sufficient possibility to rest. The atches being order less, the insufficient number of personnel, the lodgings in which the bachelor nurses stay, being unhealthy, insufficient kindergarten and transportation possibilities constitute problems for the nurses.107- Daha düzenli çalışma saatleri, uygun lojman ortamı, bazı sosyal aktlvltelerin uygun saatlerde düzenlenmesine ihtiyaçları olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda öneriler getirilmiştir.
