Maliki fıkhında namazın hazırlık şartları ve delillerinin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

`Maliki Fıkhında Namazın Hazırlık Şartları ve Delillerinin Değerlendirilmesi` başlıklı çalışmamızla öncelikli olarak Maliki fıkhında konuyla ilgili hükümleri tespit etmektir. Ayrıca bu konuda ortaya atılan bazı yanlış kanaatlerin Maliki mezhebi kaynaknaklarından referans göstererek tashih etmektir. Çalışmamız bir griş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Girişte Maliki mezhebinde konuyla ilgili görüşlerine yer verilen fakihler ile eserleri hakkında kısaca bilgi verildi. Birinci bölümde, taharet ve necaset konuları ile ilgili meseleler ele alınırken, ikinci bölümde setr-i avret ve namazın vakitleri konuları incelendi. Üçüncü bölümde kıble ve niyet konuları üzerinde duruldu. Çalışmamız esnasında elde edilen neticeler sonuç bölümünde sunuldu.Konuyu araştırırken konuyla alakalı yazılmış kitap, tez, makale gibi çalışmalardan bir literatür taraması yapıldı. Namaza hazırlık şartları hususunda fıkhi konular belirlenirken Mâlikî mezhebi ile sınırlı kalındı. Bununla birlikte, bu mezhebin kendi içindeki farklı görüşler ortaya konularak kısmen usul açısından da incelendi. Mâlikî mezhebi içindeki ihtilaflar ve bunların değerlendirmeleri de yapıldı. `Evaluation of the conditions and evidence of preparation for prayer (Salat) in Maliki Jurisprudence` our primary objective is to determine the relevant provisions in Maliki Fiqh. It is also to correct some of the misconceptions put forward in this regard by referring to the sources of Maliki sect. Our study consists of one gray and three parts. At the entrance, briefly information was given about the jurists and their works in the Maliki sect. In the first part, the issues related to the insult and necaset issues are discussed, in the second part the topics of setr-i avret and prayer times are examined. In the third chapter, the subjects of Qibla and intention are discussed. The results obtained during our study are presented in the results section. While researching the subject, a literature review was made from studies such as books, theses and articles. While determining the jurisprudence issues regarding the conditions of prayer preparation, it was limited to the Maliki sect. However, different views within this sect itself were put forward and partly examined in terms of procedure. Conflicts within the Islamic sect and their evaluations were also made.
