In this study, it is aimed to determine the opinions and suggestions of the teachers about the Ministry of Education?s application of computer education through distance in-service training method.The research has been made with 150 teachers working in governmental schools in Gaziosmanpaşa, Istanbul. The data acquired has been interpreted through making t-test, variance analysis and Pearson analysis in SPSS.According to the findings of this research female teachers show a higher level of dedication compared to male teachers. Level of education, age, seniority and working duration affect the opinions about the application of computer education through distance in-service training method.Key Words: Distance In-service Training, Computer Education.
