İlkokul yöneticilerinin okulu dinamik hale getirme etkinlikleri

Abstract

Tarih boyunca insanların yasama biçimleri çerçevesinde şekillenen eğitim, insanoğlunun sürekli değişen ihtiyaçları ve beklentileri doğrultusunda gelişirken yalnızca yüklendiği misyon açısından değişmekle kalmamış aynı zamanda eğitimin yapıldığı kurumlarda, eğitim sistemlerinde, eğiten ve eğitilenlerin, yöneticilerin rollerinde de bir takım değişiklikler meydana getirmiştir.Araştırma için 2013–2014 eğitim-öğretim yılında İstanbul ili, Avcılar, Beylikdüzü, Esenyurt ve Bahçelievler ilçelerinde bulunan resmi ve özel ilkokullar, örneklem olarak alınmıştır. Araştırma için alan uzmanı Prof. Dr. Semra ÜNAL gözetiminde öğretmen ve yöneticilere uygulanmak üzere bir anket geliştirilmiştir.Araştırmada 6 alt probleme yönelik cevaplar bulunmaya çalışılmıştır. Beşinci bölümde çalışmada elde edilen bulgulara dayalı olarak ulaşılan sonuçlara ve alt problemlere ilişkin sonuçlara yer verilmektedir. Altıncı bölümde sonuçlara yönelik tartışmalara yer verilmektedir. Yedinci bölümde elde elden bulgulardan ve ulaşılan sonuçlardan yararlanılarak, önerilerde bulunulmuştur.Anahtar kelimeler: yönetim, okul yönetimi, eğitim yönetimi, öğretimsel liderlik, yönetsel etkililik ve etkili okul.

Throughout history, education which has been shaped within the scope of people's lifestyle has not only changed with regards to his mission, but it has also generated some alterations in educational institutions,educational systems, directors and in the roles of educators and learners. Fort he research, 2013-2014 academic year of İstanbul , Avcılar, Beylikduzu, Esenyurt and Bahcelievler district located in public and private primary schools, was taken as the sample. Research areas for specialist Prof. Dr. Semra Ünal to be applied under the supervision of teachers and administrators who have developed a questionnaire. Sample of selected regions public and private primary schools, teachers and administrators distributed 438 questionnaires were returned out of 400 of them. In the study was tried to give responses for the 6 sub- problems. The fifth section, based on the findings of the study and the results achieved are given in the results of the sub-problems. In the sixth section includes discussions aimed at results. The findings obtained from the seventh section and making use of the obtained results, some suggestions were made.
