Özel – devlet okulu yöneticilerinin liderlik stillerinin öğretmen görüşlerine göre incelenmesi (İstanbul ili Sultangazi ilçesi örneği)

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın kapsamı, özel okullar ve devlet okullarında görev yapan yöneticilerinliderlik stillerini öğretmen görüşlerine göre incelenerek bulgularla analiz edilipbelirlemektir. Bu amaca ilişkin öğretmen görüşleri doğrultusunda kişisel değişkenlerin özelve devlet okulu yöneticilerinin liderlik stillerini sergileme düzeylerine göre nasılfarklılaştığı araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada tarama yöntemi olarak betimsel tarama yöntemikullanılmıştır.Yapılan araştırmanın evren ve örneklemini 2015-2016 dönemi İstanbul ili Sultangaziilçesinde yer alan resmi özel kurumlarda görev yapan toplam 232 öğretmenoluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi ise İstanbul ili Sultangazi ilçesinde yer alan resmiözel kurumlarda görev yapan toplam 232 öğretmen teşkil etmektedir. Araştırmadaöğretmen sayısının evreni temsil ettiği oranda öğretmene ulaşmak amacı hedeflendiğindenörneklem seçiminde oranlı tabakalı-seçkisiz yöntem kullanılmıştır.Araştırmada veri toplama yöntemi olarak; ölçek kullanılmış, iki demografik değişkenlianket verilerinde ilişkili gruplar t-testi uygulanmış, ikiden fazla demografik değişkeninolduğu verilerde ise varyans analizi (Anova) yapılmıştır. Anovaların anlamlı olduklarıdurumlarda tamamlayıcı testi olan Post Hoc (Tukey) testi uygulanarak sonuçları tablolarhalinde sunulmuştur.Araştırma bulgularına göre okul yöneticilerinin liderlik stillerine ilişkin öğretmenlerin;cinsiyet, kıdem, okul türü değişkenlerinde kendilerini daha çok yansıtan bireysel özellikleraçısından farklılaştığı bulunmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: Yönetici, liderlik, liderlik stili, etkili yönetici

Leadership styles of managers who work in private and public schools the purpose of thisstudy of teachers ' views can be analysed by examining the findings according to todetermine whether. ANOVA are meaningful in circumstanceswhere a supplemental post hoc test (Scheffe) test is presented in the form of tables theresults of applying.According to research findings, teachers ' leadership styles of school managers in relationto; gender, seniority, school type variables were found to differ in terms of individualcharacteristics that reflect more of themselves.Key words: Manager, leadership, leadership style, effective manager.
