dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışmasında; N,N-dietil-N'-4-florobenzoiltiyoüre (HL1), N,N-di-n-propil-N'-4-florobenzoiltiyoüre (HL2), N,N-di-n-bütil-N'-4-florobenzoil tiyoüre (HL3), N,N-dietil-N'-4-klorobenzoiltiyoüre (HL4), N,N-di-n-propil-N'-4-klorobenzoil tiyoüre (HL5), N,N-di-n-bütil-N'-4-klorobenzoiltiyoüre (HL6), N,N-dietil-N'-4-bromo benzoiltiyoüre (HL7), N,N-di-n-propil-N'-4-bromobenzoiltiyoüre (HL8), N,N-di-n-bütil-N'-4-bromobenzoiltiyoüre (HL9) ligandları ile bunların dikloro bis[4-floro-N-(dietilkarbamotiyonil)benzamido-κS] palladyum(II) (PdL1), dikloro bis[4-floro-N-(dipropilkarbamotiyonil)benzamido-κS] palladyum(II) (PdL2), dikloro bis[4-floro-N-(dibutilkarbamotiyonil)benzamido-κS] palladyum(II) (PdL3), dikloro bis[4-kloro-N-(dietilkarbamotiyonil)benzamido-κS] palladyum(II) (PdL4), dikloro bis[4-kloro-N-(dipropilkarbamotiyonil)benzamido-κS] palladyum(II) (PdL5), dikloro bis[4-kloro-N-(dibutilkarbamotiyonil)benzamido-κS] palladyum(II) (PdL6), dikloro bis[4-bromo-N-(dietilkarbamotiyonil)benzamido-κS] palladyum(II) (PdL7), dikloro bis[4-bromo-N-(dipropilkarbamotiyonil)benzamido-κS] palladyum(II) (PdL8) ve dikloro bis[4- bromo-N-(dibutilkarbamotiyonil)benzamido-κS] palladyum(II) (PdL9) kompleksleri sentezlendi. Sentezlenen bileşiklerin karakterizasyonları, elementel analiz, FT-IR spektroskopisi ve 1H NMR spektroskopisi yöntemleri ile yapıldı. Sentezlenen PdL1, PdL6 ve PdL9 bileşiklerinin kristal yapıları ise X-ışınları tek kristal kırınım tekniği ile aydınlatıldı. Ayrıca bileşiklerin anti mikrobiyal aktiviteleri incelenmiştir.
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis study, N,N-dietyl-N'-4-florobenzoylthiourea (HL1), N,N-di-n-propyl-N'-4-flourobenzoylthiourea (HL2), N,N-di-n-butyl-N'-4-flourobenzoylthiourea (HL3), N,N-dietyl-N'-4-chlorobenzoylthiourea (HL4), N,N-di-n-propyl-N'-4-chlorobenzoylthiourea (HL5), N,N-di-n-butyl-N'-4-chlorobenzoylthiourea (HL6), N,N-dietyl-N'-4-bromobenzoylthiourea (HL7), N,N-di-n-propyl-N'-4-bromobenzoyl-thiourea(HL8), N,N-di-n-butyl-N'-4-bromo benzoylthiourea (HL9) ligands and their palladium complexes which are dichloro bis[4-flouro-N-(dietylcarbamothioyl) benzamido-κS] palladium(II) (PdL1), dichloro bis[4-flouro-N-(dipropylcarbamo- thioyl)benzamido-κS] palladium(II) (PdL2), dichloro bis[4-flouro-N-(dibutylcarbamo- thioyl)benzamido-κS] palladium(II) (PdL3), dichloro bis[4-chloro-N-(dietylcarbamo- thioyl)benzamido-κS] palladium(II) (PdL4), dichloro bis[4-chloro-N-(dipropyl-carbamothioyl)benzamido-κS] palladium(II) (PdL5), dichloro bis[4-chloro-N-(dibutylcarbamothioyl)benzamido-κS] palladium(II) (PdL6), dichloro bis[4-bromo-N-(dietylcarbamothioyl)benzamido-κS] palladium(II) (PdL7), dichloro bis[4-bromo-N-(dipropylcarbamothioyl)benzamido-κS] palladium(II) (PdL8) and dichloro bis[4- bromo-N-(dibutylcarbamothioyl)benzamido-κS] palladium(II) (PdL9) complexes were synthesized. Synthesized compounds characterized by using elemental analysis, FT-IR spectroscopy and 1H NMR spectroscopy techniques. The crystal structure of PdL1, PdL6 and PdL9 identified by the X-ray single crystal diffraction technique. In addition, antimicrobial activity of the synthesized palladium metal complexes were investigated.en_US
