Bu tez çalışmasında; üç dişli ve NNN tipinde üç adet yeni potansiyel redoks aktif ve kıskaç ligand (N,N'-(2,2'-azenidiil bis(2,1-fenilen))bis(2-kloroasetamid), H3L1, N,N'-(2,2'-azenidiil bis(2,1-fenilen))bis(2,2-dikloroasetamid), H3L2 veN,N'-(2,2'-azenidiil bis(2,1-fenilen))bis(2-kloropropanamid), H3L3)sentezlenmiş ve 1H NMR, 13C NMR, COSY, HMQC, LC-MS ve FT-IR teknikleri ile karakterize edilmiştir. Ayrıca bileşiklerin antimikrobiyal aktiviteleri incelenmiştir.
In this thesis study, tridentate and NNN type three new potential redox active pincer ligands (N,N'-(2,2'-azanediyl)bis(2,1-phenylene)bis(2-chloroacetamide)), H3L1, N,N'-(2,2'-azanediylbis(2,1-phenylene)bis(2,2-dichloroacetamide)),H3L2 andN,N'-(2,2'-azanediyl)bis(2,1-phenylene)bis(2-chloropropanamide)), H3L3)were synthesized and characterized by1H NMR, 13C NMR, COSY, HMQC, LC-MS and FT-IR techniques. In addition, antimicrobial activity of compounds were investigated.en_US
