dc.description.abstractBu tezde, güneş pili hücreleri olarak kullanılabilen p-SnS/n-CdS yarıiletken heteroeklem için n-CdS yarıiletken ince film, kimyasal banyo yöntemi ile cam alttaban (SLG) üzerine büyütülmüş ve uygun özelliklere sahip n-CdS yarıiletken ince filmin karakterizasyon işlemleri yapılmıştır. Ayrıca, doğada oldukça fazla bulunan ve aynı zamanda katı yüzeyler üzerine biyofilm oluşturma özelliklerine sahip bakterilerin elde edilen CdS ince filmleri üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir. p-SnS yarıiletken ince film içinse öncelikle cam alttaban (SLG) ve Molibden kaplı SLG üzerine (SLG/Mo), RF magnetron kopartma tekniği kullanılarak Sn metalik ince film üretilmiştir. Daha sonra sülfürleme vakum sistemi kullanılarak SnS yarıiletken ince film elde edilmiş ve karakterizasyon işlemleri yapılmıştır. Son aşamada ise, kimyasal banyo yöntemi ile n-CdS yarıiletken ince film, SLG/Mo/p-SnS tabanlı alttaban üzerine büyütülmüştür. Elde edilen SLG/Mo/p-SnS/n-CdS yarıiletken heteroeklemin yapısal özellikleri incelenmiştir.
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, for p-SnS/n-CdS semiconductor heterojunction using by solar cells, n-CdS semiconductor thin film was grown onto glass substrate (SLG) by used chemical bath deposition method and it was performed the characterization processes of n-CdS semiconductor thin film with appropriate properties. In addition, effects of bacteria on CdS thin films, which are found in nature and have biofilm formation properties on solid surfaces at the same time, have been investigated. For p-SnS semiconductor thin film, Sn metallic thin film first was deposited on glass substrate and Molybdenum coated SLG by using RF magnetron sputter method. Then, p-SnS semiconductor thin film was obtained by using sulphurization vacuum system and it was performed the characterization processes. Finally, n-CdS semiconductor thin film was grown on based SLG/Mo/p-SnS thin film by chemical bath deposition method. The structural properties of the obtained SLG/Mo/p-SnS/n-CdS semiconductor heterojunction have been investigated.en_US
