Performance evaluation of subsidiaries and their operating managers in MNES; a proposal for effective measurement
Abstract
ÖZET Bu araştırmada çok uluslu şirketlerin, dış ülkelerdeki bağlı şirketlerinin ve bunların üst düzey yöneticilerinin performans değerlendirme yöntemleri incelenmiştir. Çalışma boyunca performans değerlendirmesinin önemi ve değerlendirme yöntemleri ile ilgili sorunlar tartışılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda bağlı şirketlerin ve bunların üst düzey yöneticilerinin etkin performans değerlendirmesi için bir yöntem önerilmiştir. ABSTRACT In this dissertation performance evaluation of subsidiaries and their operating managers of multinational enterprises were investigated. Throughout the study the importance of performance evaluation and the problems incorporated herein were discussed. Finally a model for effective performance evaluation of subsidiaries and their operating managers has been proposed.
