Abstract

ÖZET Bu çalışmada, kamların kesici takım hareketlerinin sınırlı olduğu klasik tezgahlarda güvenilir bir şekilde işlenebilmesi için `Kam Yapma Aparatı `nın projesi ve yapımı gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma beş bölümden oluşmuştur. Birinci bölümde çalışmanın amacı, kapsamı, metodu, önemi ve sınırlılıkları üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde kamlar hakkında genel bilgil verilerek, yürek mekanizmaları detaylıca anlatılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde kam imal metodları ü- zerinde durulmuştur. Dördüncü bölümde kam yapma aparatı ayrıntılı olarak anlatılmıştır. Son bölümde ise sonuçlara ve önerilere yer veril - mistir. - III-

CAM MILLING ATTACHMENT ABSTRACT In this study, it has been worked. On the design and manufacture of a cam milling attachment which will make possible the fabrication of cams to the exact dimensions on the conventional milling machines the cutting tools, of which have limited movements.
