Abstract

ÖZET AMAM BOTAKLK PAHKEKDAEt BAZI BİTKÎLEBİİ POLEHLEBÎHÎH MORFOLOJİK ÇALIŞMASI MEILAHAT KöKTOLUŞ Y.L. GAZİ tMVEBSÎTESÎ FEN BÎLÎHLERÎ ENSTİTÜSÜ 1986 Araştırma, Ankara Botanik parkındaki Angiospermae subdivisio» suna dahil 20 `bitkinin polenlerinin morfolojik çalışmalarını kap samaktadır» Polen preparatları, Wodehonse yöntemiyle hazırlanarak mik roskobik çalışmaları yapılmış ve mikrofotoğraf ları çekilmiştir. Toplanan bitkilerin çiçeklenme peryotları tesbit edilerek resimleri çekilmiştir. Amacımız, sistematik botanik, tıp, apikültür gibi bilim dallarında, fosil polen çalışmalarında ve özellikle Ankara'da ya pılacak olan aeropalinolojik çalışmalarda havada bilinmeyen po lenlerin, teşhisinde yardımcı olmaktır. ABSTRACT MORPHOLOGICAL STUDY OF THE POLLEN GRAINS OF SOME PLANTS IN ANKARA BOTANIC PARK MELAHAT KURTULUŞ Y.L. GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ 1986 This research consists of morphological studies of the pollen grains of 20 species which belong to the Angiospexmae subdivision in Ankara Botanic Park. Preparing the preparations of the pollen grains by the Vodehouse method, their microscopic studies are completed and their microphotographs are taken. Observing the flowering periods the plants collected and their photographs are taken. The aim of this research is to help the studies of the fossil pollen grains in scientific areas of systematic botanic, medicine, apiculture and especially to help aeropalynological studies in identification of the unknown pollen grains in the air in Ankara in future.
