Abstract

Gelişmekte olan ülkelerin döviz darboğazı ve kıt kasmakların bulunması sebebiyle yenileme yatırımlarının önemini arttırmaktadır. Ayrıca mevcut bir tesisin yenisiyle veya modam birisiyle değiştirilmesi gibi problemlerle isletmelerin sık karşılanması bizi böyle bir konuyu incelemeye yöneltmiştir» Biz bu çalışmamızda; yenileme yatırımlarının mahiyeti, özellik leri, sebepleri ve değerlemede kullanılan metodları izah ettikten sonra belirlilik ve risk altında yenileme yatırımlarını inceledik. Sonuç bölümünde kısa bir değerlendirme yapıldıktan sonra ülke miz yönünden yenileme yatırımlarının önemi vurgulanmıştır. - VII -

The replacement of an existing facility with a new or its exchange for a more modern. one are problems which business firms are often confronted with. The renovation problem exists for all business enterprises. In order to maintain the same level of production, companies are obliged to make investments during all phases^of production for the1 replacement of worn out, depreciated or impaired part of the maçhinary used or for those part which have become obsolete, Otherwise, the quality of production will fall and raw material losses will increase, resulting in increasing the unit cost. This situation will consequently decrease the potential competitiveness of the business firm against the others. In our study here, we made an attempt to examine the meaning of replacement investment, the methods to be used in making assessments and the evaluation of replacement investments under risk an uncertainty. The Final Chapter has been devoted to conclusions reached in this study. - VIII -
