Abstract

Konut Bölgelerinde Parsel Düzeni Uygulamasının Kent Topraldarmın Rasyonel Kullanımı Çerçevesinde Mimari Açıdan Değerlendirilmesi Kullanıcının yeme, içme, yatma gereksinmelerinin yanında oyun, spor, dinlenme gibi gereksinmelerinin karşılanması; aile özerkliğinin korunması, toplumsal yapı ya kültürel özelliklere göre biçimlenmesi; fizyolojik gereksinmeleri karşılaması; ekonomik olması; ülke koşullarının gerektirdiği yapım teknolojileriyle inşaa edilebilir olmasa; estetik değere, mimari niteliğe sahip olmasa beklenen konutlar, çoğu kez barınak olma niteliğinin ötesine geçememektedirler. Kentlerimizde yaygın olarak tek tek küçük parseller içinde yükselen apartman katlarında yer alan konutlar, gereksinmelerin pek çoğunu karşılayamayan bu genel görünümleri ile sağlıksız bir tablo sunmaktadır. Araştırmada daha sağlıklı konut çevreleri yaratmak amacıyla mevcut durum analiz edip, yeni çözüm yollan aranmaktadır. Bu amaçla birinci bölümde; mevcut durumla bu durumu yaratan nedenler araş tırılmakta; ikinci bölümde, konuta ilişkin gereksinmeler ele alınıp, parsel düzenindeki konut uygulamalarını içeren mevcut durumla, yapı adası bütününde planlamayı içe ren önerilen durum karşılaştırılmakta; üçüncü bölümde daha yeterli bir çözüm olan yapı adası bütününde planlama önerisini uygulamaya dönüştürme yolları araştırıl makta; dördüncü bölümde ise konu örneklenmektedir.

An Architect's Criticism of the Currently Practised Method of Plot Formation in Residential Areas from the Point of View of Rational Utilization of Urban Territories Our dwellings in which we spend mostof our lives are generally not qualified to meet our requirements regarding eating, sleeping, and cleaning activities of the household, are expected to meet the needs of the playing children the sporting youth and the resting adults. They must be able to protoots. The privacy of the family and designed with respect the social structure and cultural peculiarities of the community and be able to provide sufficient sunlight and meet other requirements such as facing the view, being economical and being construct able with the technologies specified they must also retain satisfactory architectural qualities and aesthetic values to ameliorate conformation to the city texture however, in most cases the existing dwelling are unable to rise above the state of being simply shelters meeting the most basic needs. In our cities, the recidences that are situated in flats in apartments that rise usually in individual plots are insuitable to meet most of our requirements, and generally present an unhealthy appearance. This work aims to analyse for the establishment of more satisfactory reciden tial areas. With this intention, in the preliminary part of this work, the existing situation and the factors which caused this situation shall be examined in the following part, the requirements relating to recidenced shall be introduced and the existing situation of housing, arrangement in the plot system will be compared with the suggested model of arrangement planned in the entire block to detosmine how well these systems meet the requirements. In the third section methods will be sought for changing to the application of the entire block planning system which was found to be more suitable and qualified as a result of the above comparison in the final- sec tion. The data of a typical application will be provided to exemplity the existing situation and the possibilities.
