Projelerin planlama, programlama ve kontrolünde CPM ve PERT metodu

Abstract

II ÖZET Bu çalışmamızda, Büyük ölçekli ve Tek defalık proje lerin çok sayıda ve üretim kaynakları açısından değişik seviyede ihtiyaç gösteren işlemlere sahip olmaları sebe biyle, zaman-maliyet, üre tim faktörleri( işçilik, makine, sermaye v.b. )-zaman ilişkileri açısından Planlama, Prog ramlama ve Kontrol problemi ele alınmıştır. Projelerin, başlangıcından bitimine kadar en önemli üç aşaması olan Planlama, Programlama ve Kontrol safhala rı CPM( Kritik Yol Metodu) ve PERT (Program Değerlendirme ve Gözden Geçirme Tekniği) metodları içerisinde anlatıl mış ve projenin süre-maliyet ilişkisi açısından optimi» zasyonunu inceleyen bir -uygulamaya yer verilmiştir.

Ill ABSTRACT In this study, because of the large-scaled and made just once projects have processes of great deal and show ing necessities at different level from the standpoint of production resources,the problem of planning, program ming and control is taken into consideration in the point of time-cost, production resources(labour, machine, capital etc. )-time. Three most important phases, from start to end of the projects are explained in CPM (Critical Path method) and PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) and the application which examines the optimization of the project from duration-cost relationship point of view is given.
