Bekleme hattı sistemlerinin analizi ve bir uygulama

Abstract

Bu çalışmada günümüzde sıkça karşımıza çıkan bekleme hattı veya daha yaygın kullanımla kuyruk kuramı incelenmiştir. Bir sistemin kuyruk kuramı çerçevesinde incelenme sinin amacı, sistemde oluşan birikimleri önlemek için gerekli karar değişkenlerinin belirlenmesi ve böylece toplam maliyeti en az düzeye indirebilecek sistem kapasitesinin bulunmasını sağlamaktır. Arıştırmanın birinci bölümünde bekleme hattı kuramının tanımı, tarihsel gelişimi ve yöneylem araştırmasındaki yeri açıklanmıştır. îkinci bölümde bekleme hattı sistemlerinin yapısı ve maliyet unsurları incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde bekleme hattı problemlerinin yapısına uygun düşen poisson ve üstel dağılımlardan bahsedilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde kuyruk sistemlerinin analizi yapılmış, matematiksel modeller benzetişim modelleri açıklanmıştır. Beşinci bölümde bir süpermarkette tek kanallı kuyruk modeli ile ilgili bir uygulama yapılmış, uygulama sonuçları kuyruk modelleri ve benzetişim modeli ile elde edilmiştir. Araştırma, sonuç bölümü ile tamamlanmıştır.

In this research, waiting line which often confronted nowadays or to use the more common term `queuing theory` is examined. The goal of examining asystem in the frame queuing theory is to determine the variablities of stability which is necessary in order to prevent the accumulation in the system and thus to find the capasity of the system, which will be able to minimum the total cost. In the first section of this research, the definition of waiting line theory its historical development and its place in the operations research are explained In the second section, the structure of the waiting line systems and the elements of the cost are examined. In the third section, poisson and exponential distri butions which appropriate for the structure of waiting line problems. In the fourth section, the systems of queue are analized, the mathematical models and the models of simulation are explained. In the fifth section, an application connected, with one cannel queue models in a supermarket is made and the result of the application is optained by queuing and simulation models. The research is complated by the results section.
