Ankara Çaldağı step florasında bulunan bazı familyalara ait bitkilerin polen morfolojilerinin araştırılması

Had i ÇAKIR Yüksek Lisans Tezi Gazi üniversitesi Fen BiLimleri Enstitüsü 1987 Bu çalışmada, Ankara Çaldağı step florasından Papaveraceae (1), Resedaceae (1), Lina c ea e ( 1), Rosacea e (2), ümbelliferae (Aplaceae) (3), Primulaceae (1), ConvoLvulaceae (2), Boraginace- a_e (3), Euphorbiaceae (L), familyalarına ait 15 taksonun polen morfolojileri çalışılmıştır. Polen preparatları, Wodehouse ve Erdtman'm asetoliz meto duyla hazırlanmış, polenlerin ölçümleri ve diğer morfolojik özel likleri ışık mikroskobu ile incelenerek` mikrofotoğraf lan çekil miştir. Morofolojik özellikleri üzerinde tartışma yapılmıştır. Amacımız, sistamatik botanik, tıp, apikültür, arkeolojik ve a eropalinolojik çalışmalarda bilinmeyen polenlerin teşhisinöe yardımcı olmak ve özellikle bu bölgede yapılacak olan hayvan bit ki ilişkisine dayalı ekolojik çalışmalara katkıda bulunmaktır. Pollen `preparations of 'all species were made by Wodehouse and the acetolysis method of Erdtman. The measurements and the other morphological features of these pollen grains were carried out by using light microscope and their photomicrographs are ta ken. The morphological characteristics had been discussed,, The aim of our study is to help the identifications of the / unknown pollen grains on the studies of systematic botany, me^- dicine, apiculture and a eropalyno logical research, and especially to contribute to ecological studies which give relationship bet ween animals and plants in this- region.
