Bazı allium L.türlerinde sitotaksonomik araştırmalar

Abstract

ÖZET BAZI ALLIUM L. TÜRLERİNDE SİTOTAKSONOMİK ARAŞTIRMALAR (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Yildxz GÖKMEN GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ A?USTOS 1987 Araştırmamız sırasında Türkiye'de yaygın olan ve özel likle Orta ve Güney Anadolu'da doğal bitki örtüsünde görülen Allium seksiyonundan 1, Molium seksiyonundan 2, Melanocrommyum seksiyonundan 3 olmak üzere toplam 6 tür üzerinde çalışılmış tır. Sahabettin ELÇİ'nin geliştirdiği metod uygulanmıştır. Bu 6 türden 2 tanesi daha önce sitolojik yönden yalnız kromozom sayıları belirtilen Allium seksiyonundan A.nevşe- hirense 2n=16 ve Melanocrommyum seksiyonundan A. cardiostemon 2n=16 türleridir, diğer 4 tür üzerinde ise sitolojik bakım dan kromozom sayılarını belirten bir araştırma ilk defa bizim tarafımızdan yapılmıştır. Bu türler: Molium seksiyo nundan A.gayi 2n=16, A.isauricum 28=14 dür. Melanocrommyum seksiyonundan A. chrysantherum 2n=16/ A.hirtifolium 2n=16` dır. bu türlerden A.gayi 2n=16 ve A.hirtifolium 2n=16 nın karyotip analizleri yapılarak kromozom morfolojileri hak kında detaylı bilgiler verilmşitir A. nevşehirense, A.isauricum, A. chrysantherum ve A. cardiostemon ' un da karyogramları veril miştir. ABSTRACT CYTOTAXONOMIC RESEARCHES ON SOME SPECIES OF ALLIUM L, (M. Sc. Thesis) Yıldız GÖKMEN GAZI UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AUGUST 1987 In this research we studied on one species from the section Allium, two species from the section Molion and three species from the section Melanocrommyum which are growing as in nature in Central and South of Anatolia. The method of Sahabettin ELÇİ was used. Two species sect. Allium, A.nevşehirense 2n=16 and sect. Melanocrommyum, A. cardiostemon 2n=16 have been studied before. But these species have been studied only counting the chromosome. Other four species has been sdudied on counting chromosomes for the first time. This species: In A. gay i from the section of Molium the chromosome number is 2n=lo, in A. isauricum the chromosome number is 2n=14. In A. chrysantherum from the section of Melanocrommyum the chromosome number is 2n=16, in A. hirtifolium the chromosome number is 2n=16. The kariotype analysis of A.gayi 2n=16 and A. hirtifolium 2n=16 were made for the first time and the morphologic characters of chromosomes were given in detail. The kariograms of A. nevşehirense, A. isauricum. A. chrysantherum and A. cardiostemon were given. Ill
