Koruma kaygısı olmayan bir gelişme ve planlama karşısında yapısal bütünlüğü bozulan eski kent dokularında korunacak alanlardaki ve Kırşehir kent merkezinde anıtlar çevresindeki sorunların tanımlanması

Abstract

Ill ÖZET Aysun ÖZKÖSE, Y. Lisans Tezi Gazi Üni. Fen filimler Enstitüsü Haziran 1987 Aşağıda özeti bölümler halinde verilen tez, `koruma` kaygısı ol mayan bir gelişme ve planlama karşısında yapısal bütünlüğü bozulan es ki kentlerde `korunacak alanlar` ile ilgili sorunların tanımlanmasını amaçlamaktadır. Yukarda sözü edilen sorunların somut inceleme alanı olarak Kırşehir kent merkezinde `Anıtlar Çevresi` seçilmiştir. Tarihte önemli ticaret yolları üzerinde olması nedeniyle sürekli dikkatleri üzerine çeken ve çeşitli uygarlıklara sahne olan Kırşehir, özellikle Selçuklular döneminde en parlak günlerini yaşamış; `Türkmen Pazarı`nın kurulduğu yer olması nedeniyle ticari, `Ahilik`in örgütlen me merkezi olması nedeniyle de kültürel yönden dönemin önde gelen kent lerinden biri olmuştur. Ancak geçmişten günümüze dek gelen; `Celali İsyanları`, `Osman lılar zamanında eski önemini yitirmesi`, `Cumhuriyetten sonraki deği şimlere ayak uyduramaması`, `1937 Depremi`, `yoğun iç ve dış göçler` ve `yanlış planlama kararları` gibi kent yapısına dolaylı ya da doğ rudan etken olan etmenlerle, tarihi kent dokusu büyük ölçüde değişi me uğramıştır. t Kent merkezindeki Ahi Evran Camii, Cacabey Camii, Lale Camii, Alaettin Camii, ve Melikgâzi Türbesi gibi anıtsal eserler ile ayak ta kalabilen birkaç eski `sokak` örneğinin ait oldukları dönemden getirdikleri `mesaj` ve kentteki `ahilik` kültür geleneğinin etki sinin sürmesi gibi nedenlerle Kırşehir kent merkezi `Anıtlar Çer çevesi`nde etkisel bir `Kültürel Çevre`den söz etmek mümkündür. Bu özelliği ile `Anıtlar Çevresi`, var olan eski kent dokusu öge leriyle birlikte korunmalı sorunları ortaya çıkarılmalı ve gerek li önlemler alınmalıdır.

IV ABSTRACT AYSUN ÖZKÖSE MASTER THESSIS GAZI IMEVERSITY INSTÖTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY « June 1987 The thesis which is summarized below in sections aims to define the problems concerning `areas to be protected` in ancient cities the structural integrity of which have been destroyed together with development and planing processes giving no consideration to `pro tection`. `Environs of monuments` in Kırşehir was selected as the area of â case study on the investigation of the above-mentioned problems. Kırşehir has called perpetual attention to itself throughout its history, being located on important commercial roads and being popu lated by various civilizations; and enjoyed the most prosperous period especially in seljukid period. It became one of the preeminent com mercial and cultural cities, as it was a center where the `Turkoman Bazaar` was established and `Ahilik` was organized. The historical structure of the city has been altered to a great extent being affected either directly or indirectly by such factors as `Celali Riots` `Losing its previous importance during the ottoman period`, `inadaptability to changes brought by the establishment of the Republic`, `1937 earthquakes`, `internal and external immigration`,and `incorrect planning decisions` It is possible to talk about an effective `Cultural Environment` within the `Environs of monuments` in Kırşehir because of the survi val of the cultural tradition called `Ahilik` and also because of the `message` brought to our day by such monuments as Ahi Evran Mosque, Cacabey Mosque, Lale Mosque, Alaettln Mosque and the tomb of Melik- gazi, and several ancient roads which still exist. Due to its nature, the `Environs of Monuments` has to be preser ved to gether with all the elements it bears belonging to the ancient urban structure; the problems which are faced have to be determined and the necessary measurements must, be taken there after accordingly. f
