Abstract

IV SANTRİFÜJ BETON DİREK FABRİKASINDA VERİMLİLİ?İN ARTILIMASI YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİ SAMİ İSKENDER GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ KASIM 1987 ÖZET ülkemizde işletmelerin karşılaştıkları en önemli problemlerden birisi verimliliklerinin artırılmasıdır. Bu sebeple tez konusu seçilen bu çalışmada `Verimlilik` kavramı üzerinde durulmakta ve iş etüdü konusuyla arasındaki ilişki incelenmektedir.Bu çerçeve içerisinde işletmede bir işin toplam zamanını oluşturan unsurların neler olduğu, sözü edilen unsurların etkide bulunarak verimlilik düzeyini düşüren faktörler ve bu faktörleri ortadan kaldırıcı teknikler üzerinde durulmaktadır.Çalışmamızda verimlilik düşeyini.mevcut kaynaklar kullanarak yükseltmede yönetime yardımcı bir araç olan iş etüdünü yapısı, teknikleri, bu teknikler arasındaki ilişki ve iş etüdü uygulamalarında insan faktörünün rolü incelenmiştir, Araştırmada kullanılan teknik dolaysız iş ölçümü tekniklerinden zaman etüdü tekniğidir.Ve detaylı olarak incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Uygulama da Ni?BAŞ Prefabrik Beton Sanayii A. S. de yapılmıştır. Bu firmada Verimliliğin nasıl artırılabileceği incelenmiş ve ulaşılan sonuçların nasıl uygulanabileceğini gösterilmiştir. Düzenlemeler sonucu üretim sürecinde %26 lık bir zaman tasarrufu sağlanmıştır.Tasarruf edilen zamanlardaki artışı sağlamak, dolayısıyle maliyetleri daha aşağı çekebilmek için, zaman etüdünden önce kesinlikle metod etüdüne ihtiyaç olduğunu uygulamamızda gördük. Ayrıca bu sistemle aşırı çalışmaya maruz kalan işçilerin teşvikli ücret sistemine geçilerek ödüllendirilmesi gereği bu çalışmada ortaya konulmuştur.

THE INCREASING OF PRODUCTIVITY AT THE SANTRİFÜJ CONCRETE COLUMN FACTORY CM.S.c Thesis) SAMÎ İSKENDER GAZİ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY November 1987 ABSTRACT In our country, one of the most important problmes that the administrations are faced with is the increasing of their product ivi ties.For this reason; on this study, that is chosen as the thesis subject; the `productivity` concept has been considered on and the relation between the subject of business researc has been carefully exa mined. Among this frame; the types of elements which make up the total time of a work at the institution, the decrease of productivity level with the effect of these kinds of elements, and the techniques that will remove these factors have been considered on. In our study, the business researc; which is a helping tool to the administration at increasing theproductivity level by using the existing resources; its structure, techniques, the relation between these techni ques and the role of the human factor on the business research practies have been examined. THe technique that is used in thss research is the time research technique among the business measure ones, and it has been tried to be examined in a detailed way. The practice has also been done at NÎÖBAS Prefabric Concrete Industry Joint Stock Company. How the producti vity could be increased has been researched and how the contached result could be practiced has been showed. As a result of reforming them, a time possession, as twenty-six percent, has been proviided in the process of production. In order to provide the increase, that in the saved timejby reason of lowering the cost prices,-we certainly saw the need of a method research at the first step, before the time research during our practise.Further more, a necessity has been brought up in this study that the workers, who are exposed to work excessively with this system, should be rewarded by transmitting the system to the encouraged pay one.
