Abstract

ÖZET Birinci `bölümü gerekli temel tanımlara ayrılan bu çalış ma üç bölüm olarak düzenlenmiştir» İkinci bölümde, hip eryüz eyler için izometri, koneksiyon koruyan dönüşümler ve izometri ile ilgisi, yüksek mertebeden Gauss eğrilikleri, yay uzunlukları, geodezikler, şekil ope ratörleri ve eğrilik tensörlerinin izometriler altında koru nup korunmadıkları incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise herhangi iki Riemann al tmani foldu arasındaki izometrilerin, genelleştirilmiş Gauss denklemi, genelleştirilmiş Weingarten dönüşümü, ikinci temel formlar, i- yinci Weingarten dönüşümü ve genelleştirilmiş Weingarten dönüşümünün cebirsel değişmezleri üzerindeki etkileri ince lenerek bazı sonuçlar elde edilmiştir»

ABSTRACT This study is arranged as three parts and in the first part, the necessary basic definitions are given. In the second part, the following concept are defined; The isometry for hyper surf aces, the connexion preserving map, the higher order Gaussian curvatures. In that part we also study whether the isometries are connexion preserving or not and the following concepts are preserved or not under the isometries for hypersurfaces- thev arc lengths, the geodezics, the shape operators, the higher order Gaussian Curvatures and the curvature tensors. In the third part, the isometries between two submanifolds which are in the Riemmanian manifolds and the change of the following concepts under the isometries are examined: The generalized Gauss equations, the generalized V^ingarten equations, the second fundamental forms, the i-thWeingarten maps and the algebraic invariants of generalized ^A^ingarten map.
