Abstract

HAMILTON HAREKETLERİ VE LÎE GRUPLARI (Doktora Tezi ) Yusuf YAYLI GAZÎ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Kasım 1988 ÖZ Bu çalışmada, E4, 4-boyutlu öklid Uzayında bir uzay eğrisi boyunca bir Hamilton hareketi tanımlandı. Bu hare ketin bir Homotetik hareket olduğu gösterildi. Ayrıca, r. mertebeden regüler bir eğri ile tanımlanan Hamilton Hareke ti için her t anında (r-1). mertebeden birtek ivme merkezi- nin olduğu gösterildi. Bundan başka E 3 de Hamilton hareketi tanımlandı. Bu hareketin Darboux Matrisi hesaplandı. h'= 1 özel halinde (9) ve (10) da bulunan sonuçlara ulaşıldı. Son olarak Hamilton Operatörleri yardımı ile temsil edilen kua- terniyonlar, matris formunda ele alınarak, bu cins matrisle rin cümlesinin bir Lie Grubu olduğu gösterildi. HAMILTON MOTIONS 1 AND LIE GROUPS ( Ph.D. Thesis) Yusuf YAYLI GAZÎ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY November 1988 ABSTRACT In this Study, We defined a Hamilton Motion along a 4 spatial Curve in E, four dimensional Euclidean space. It was Shown that the motion is a homothetic motion. In addi tion, it was shown that there is only one centre of acceleration of Order (r-1) at any instant t for a Hamilton Motion defined by a regular curve of order r.. Besides this, 3 the Hamilton motion in E was defined. And then the Darboux 3 matrix of the Hamilton motion in E was found. We reached / the results obtained in (9) and (10) in the case h»l. Finally examining the quaternions represented by the Hamilton operators as in the matrix forms we showed that the matrices of this teype form a Lie group Moreover, we dwelled upon the Lie algebra of the group.
