Takım tezgahlarında kesme sürecinin incelenmesi

Abstract

TAKIM TEZGAHLARINDA KESME SÜRECİNİN İNCELENMESİ (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Abdullah DURAN GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ KASIM 1990 ÖZ Takım tezgahlarında kullanılan kesicilere, gel işen teknolojiye bağlı olarak hergün bir yenisi eklenmektedir. Bu araştırmada kesilme esnasında talaşın oluşumu, kesme kuvve tinin kesmeye olan etkisi, kesme hızı-güç ilişkisi, titreşim ve kesi cide meydana gelen ısı dağlımı kaynaklar taranarak incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın; imalat sanayinde iş ve zaman kayıbını en aza in direbilmek bakımından kullanılan kesicilerin seçimine ve bunların en verimli biçimde kullanılmasına ışık tutacak bir araştırma olması düşü nülmüştür.

THE INVESTIGATION OF THE CUTTING PROCESS ON MACHINE TOOLS (M.Sc.Thesis) Abdullah DURAN GAZI UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENSE AND TECHNOLOGY November 1990 ABSTRACT The types of cutting tools heva been repidly increased in accordance with the new developing technologies. In this study a literature survey has been performed on the chip formation, the effect of cutting forces on the cutting process, the relationship between the cutting speed and the power consumption, vibration, and finally on the temprature distribution in the cutting tool. This study is thought to be helpful in enlighten the selection and properly utilization of the cutting tools to decrease the down time of machine tools and to increase productivity in the roanuf acf uri ng industry.
