Bu yaklaşımlar ekonomik unsurlar, planlama yaklaşımı, idari ve yasal çerçeve olarak belirlenmiştir. And then the approaches for the pollution of water surface, control and prevention of this pollution were submitted. These points are economical components, planning, administration and legal situation.
