Çubuk çayı bacillariophyta dışındaki algler

Abstract

ÇUBUK ÇAYI BACILLARIOPHYTA DIŞINDAKİ ALGLERİ (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Derya SUNGUR GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Mayıs 1995 ÖZ Bu çalışmada Çubuk Çayı'nın Bacillariophyta dışındaki Algleri, Haziran 1993- Ağustos 1994 tarihleri arasında farklı habitatlardan (Epipelik, Epifitik,Epilitik, Plankton) alınan örneklerde araştırılmıştır. Çayda toplam 73 takson tespit edilmiştir. Bunlardan 38 tanesi Chlorophyta, 20 tanesi Cyanophyta, 11 tanesi Euglenophyta, 2 tanesi Chrysophyta, 1 tanesi Xantophyta ve 1 tane Pyrrophyta'yu ait türlerdir. Chlorophyta üyeleri toplam tür sayısının % 52'sini oluşturmaktadır. THE ALGAE FROM ÇUBUK RIVER EXCEPT BACILLARIOPHYTA (M.Sc. Thesis) Derya SUNGUR GAZI UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY May 1995 ABSTRACT In this research the algae of the Çubuk River, except Bacilloriophyta, were studied within the samples taken from different habitats (Epipelic, Epiphytic, Epilitic and Plankton) between June 1993 and August 1994. In the River, totally 73 taxa were identified. 38 of these species were belong to Chlorophyta, 20 to Cyanophyta, 11 to Euglenophyta, 2 to Chrysophyta, 1 to Xantophyta and 1 to Pyrrophyta divisions in the study area.
