Abstract

SATIŞ TAHMİNLERİ, SATIN ALMA, STOK KONTROL İLİŞKİSİ, GELİŞTİRİLEN STOK KONTROL MODELİNİN ANKARA YEM FABRİKASI TA.Ş UYGULAMASI (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Hamit GÜR GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Ağustos 1994 ÖZET Günümüzde işletmeler değişen koşullara ayak uydurmak için stok bulundurmalıdır. Stok miktarının ne kadar olacağını belirleyebilmek için sağlıklı bir talep tahminine ve satın alma politikasına gerek vardır. Bu üç birimin birlikte ele alınması işletmenin fonksiyonlarını yerine getirebilmesini sağlar. Bu araştırma, Ankara Yem Fabrikası T.A.Ş verileri ele alınarak tamamlanmıştır, işletmenin yıllar itibariyle üretiminde belli oranlarda azalma görüldüğü için talep tahmininde `Üssel Trend Doğrusu` denklemi seçilmiştir. Elde edilen talimini 1994 yıl talebi, işletmenin işçilik ve sipariş maliyetinin yüksekliği dikkate alınarak yöntem belirlenmiştir. 1994 yıl için emniyet stoku 7 günlük üretim baz alınarak hesaplanmış, sipariş çizelgesi çalışma takvimine göre belirlenmiştir. Sipariş süreleri 7-8 işgünü arasında değişmektedir. İthal maddeler ve özel formüllü maddeler için ayrı bir satın alma politikası gerekmektedir. ScThesis) HamitGÜR GAZİ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AUGUST 1994 ABSTRACT Nowadays, all business enterprises have to provide stock for the changeable conditions. A reliable demand estimation and also reliable purchasing expedience are needed to determine the amount of stock, to be able to do a business enterpries's functions, demand estimations, purchasing and stock control must be taken up together by the business enterprise. This investigation was made by using the data of `Ankara Fodder Factory T.A.Ş.` In this factorys investigation it was seen that, it's production has decreasued at a definite proportions from year to year. Because of this, in my research II used `The Exponent Trend Line` equation for demand estimation. High costs have been taken in to consideration to be developed the stock control model and the demand estimation data of 1994 was used to solve that model. The security stock has been determined to be enough amount for the seven production days. Order list was determined according to the work calender.
