Abstract

TELEKOMÎNÎKASYON SİSTEMİNDE SON TEKNOLOJİYE UYGUN SANTRALIN KURULMASI VE ÇALIŞMASI (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Mine (ÖZKAN) POYRAZ GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Şubat-1994 ÖZ Günümüzde telefon ve telefona dayalı hizmetler hayatımızın vazgeçilmez bir unsuru haline gelmiştir. Telekominikasyon teknolojisinin dünyada hızla gelişmesine rağmen ülkemizde, yeni bir santralın işletmeye açılması maliyetinin yüksekliğinden dolayı herkes bu hizmetten faydalanamamaktadır. Bir bölgede mevcut ve gelecekte oluşabilecek kapasiteye göre yeni bir santralın ekonomik olarak kurulmasının analizleri yapılarak yaşayan halkın refahı sağlanmalıdır. Bu amaçla çalışmada, son teknolojiye uygun, ekonomik bir santral kurmak için gerekli işlemler ve mali kaynakların daha verimli kullanılacağı belirtilmektedir, örnek olarak, Ankara'da hızla gelişen bir bölge olan Esertepe bölgesi alınmış, alternatifler incelenmiştir. Aynı zamanda santrallar arası trafik akışı ölçümleri dikkate alınarak görüşemeyen abone sayısı bir bilgisayar programı ile sıfıra indirgenmiş, hizmette etkinliğin artması sağlanmıştır.

Although progress in telecommunication technology is quite fast in the world people in Türkiye, can not benefit from services because of the high cost of building a new central. Considering the current and future capacity in telecommunications, the residents prosperity, in a region, can be sustained by doing the analysis of building a new central. Therefore, in this study, in order to build an economical and a high technology central, the required operations and employment of resources productively are discussed. As an example, Esertepe region in Ankara, which is rapidly developing is chosen and the alternatives were investigated. At the same time considering the measurement.of traffic flow between centrals, the number of calling who can not phone are reduced to zero by computer programme and therefore increasing effectiveness in service is obtained.
