dc.description.abstract208 boğaz kültüründen 154 Haemophilus izole edilmiştir. Toplam 154 Haemophilus'dan 117'si (%76,0) H.influenzae, 35'i (%22,7) H.parainfluenzae, 2'si (%1,3) H.aphrophilus olarak adlandırılmıştır. 117 H. influenzae izolatmda 40 biyotip II, 25 biyotip I, 14 biyotip IH, geriye kalanlar daha az sıklıkla biyotip VII, VIII, V, IV olarak gruplanmıştir. 35 H. parainfluenzae izolatmda 6 biyotip HI, 5 biyotip I, 5 biyotip IV geriye kalanlar daha az sıklıkla biyotip II, VIII, VI, VII olarak gruplanmıştır. 2 H.aphrophilus izolatının biyotipİeri belirlenememiştir. 117 H.influenzae'nin serotiplendirilmelerinde; 17 tip a, 18 tip b, 5 tip c, 5 tip d, 5 tip f belirlenmiştir. Geriye kalan 67 susun serotipleri belirlenememiştir. 117 H.influenzae'nin 49'u 0-3,3 l'i 3-6 ve 37'si daha yukarı yaş grubundan izole edilmiştir. 35 H. parainfluenzae'nin 12'si 0-3, 8'i 3-6 ve 15'i daha yukarı yaş grubundan izole edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstract154 Haemophilus were isolated from 208 throat cultures. 117 (%76,0) of total 154 Haemophilus were named as H.influenzae, 35 (%22,7) as H.parainfluenzae, 2 (%1,3) as H.aphrophilus. 40 of the 117 H.influenzae isolates were grouped as biotype n, 25 were biotype I, 14 were biotype HI, the others were relatively rare VII, VIII, V, IV. Six of the 35 H.paraiiifluenzae isolates were grouped as biotype HI, 5 were biotype I, 5 were biotype IV, the others were relatively rare n, VHI, VI, VII. The two isolates of H.aphrophilus couldn't be biotyped. 17 of the 1 17 H.influenzae strains were identifed as a, 18 as b, 5 as c, 5 as d, 5 as f. The serotypes of remaining 67 strains couldnt's be identified.49 strains of 117 H.influenzae were isolated from apes between 0-3, 3 1 were isolated from apes between 3-6, 37 were isolated from higher apes. 12 strains of 35 H.parainfluenzae were isolated from apes between 0-3, 8 were isolated from apes between 3-6, 15 were isolated from higher apes. One of the two H.aphrophilus was isolated between 0-3 age and one was isolated from 3- 6 age. The in vitro antibacterial sensitivities of Haemophilus bacteries were investigated by disk diffusion method on chocolate agar. For this purpose Ampicillin, Sulbactam-ampicillin, Chloramphenicol, Ciproflaxacin, Teracycline, Trim Sülfamed and Gentamycin were tested. Ciprofloxacin was detected as the most effective antibiotic on 107 isolates (91,4 %) of H.influenzae and 33 isolates (94,4 %) of H.parainfluenzae and 2 isolates (100 %) of H.aphrophilus.
