Abstract

X-ISINLARI TOZ DİFRAKSİYON YÖNTEMİ İLE ÜRİNER SİSTEM (BÖBREK, MESANE, ÜRETER) TAŞLARI İLE SAFRA KESESİ TAŞLARININ NİTEL ANALİZİ (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Engin BAYSEN GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Nisan 1997 ÖZ Bu çalışma toz difraksiyon yöntemi ile madde analizini içermektedir. X-ışınları toz difraksiyon ile madde analiz çalışmasında üriner sistem (böbrek, mesane, üreter) taşlan ile safra kesesi taşlarının içerdiği maddeler araştırıldı. İncelenen 19 üriner sistem taşlarının tek ve çok fazdan oluştuğu tespit edildi. Bu taşların kalsiyum okzalat hidrat (whewellite) (CaC204 H20), kalsiyum okzalat hidrat (weddellite) (C2Ca04 2H20), ürik asit (C4(NH2)02C(NH)20) ve amonyum magnezyum fosfat hidrat (NH4MgPO4 6H20) içerdiği görüldü. İncelenen 5 safra kesesi taşlarının da tek ve çok fazdan oluştuğu tespit edildi. Safra kesesi taşlarının kolesterol (C27H460) ve etilen ketal (C23H3803) içerdiği görüldü. QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS OF URINARY SYSTEM (KIDNEY, BLADDER, URETER) STONES AND BILE DUCT STONES BY X-RAY POWDER DIFFRACTION METHOD (M. Sc. In the material analysis study by X-ray powder diffraction method, the contents of urinary system (kidney, bladder, ureter) stones and bile duct stones is investigated. 1 9 urinary system stones have been investigated and it was detected that they include single and more phases. It was found that urinary system stones include calcium oxalate hydrate (whewellite) (CaC204 H20), calcium oxalate hydrate (weddellite) (C2Ca04 2H20), uric acid (C4(NH2)02C(NH)20) and ammonium magnesium phosphate hydrate (NH4MgP04 6H20). 5 bile duct stones have been investigated and it was detected that they include single and more phases too. It was found that bile duct stones include cholesterol (C^H^O) and ethylene ketal (C23H38O3).
