Kobay (Guinea piqs) dokularındaki yağ asitleri içeriği üzerine halotan ve e vitamini ile birlikte verilen halotanın etkilerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

KOBAY (GUINEA PİGS) DOKULARINDAKİ YAG ASİTLERİ İÇERİĞİ ÜZERİNE HALOTAN VE E VİTAMİNİ İLE BİRLİKTE HALOTAN'IN ETKİLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ (YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİ) SERVET ÇETE GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTÜTÜSÜ 1997 ÖZ Bu çalışmada, halotan ve E vitamini ile birlikte halotan'ın etkisine maruz bırakılmış kobay (guinea pigs) dokularındaki yağ asitlerinin içerikleri tayin edilmiştir. Doku olarak karaciğer, kalp, böbrek ve akciğer kullanılmıştır. Deney hayvanları, kontrol grubu, halotan grubu ve E vitamini ile birlikte verilen halotan grubu olmak üzere üç grup halinde incelenmiştir. Halotan etkisine maruz kalan kobay dokularında doymamış yağ asitleri içeriğinin kontrol grubuna göre azaldığı, doymuş yağ asitleri içeriğinin ise ( birkaç deney sonucunda azalmakla birlikte) genel olarak doymamış yağ asitlerine göre kıyaslandığında fazla azalma olmadığı gözlendi. E vitamini ile birlikte verilen halotan'ın etkisine maruz kalan hayvan dokularında ise doymamış ve doymuş yağ asitleri içeriklerinin kontrol grubuna göre hemen hemen korunduğu gözlendi. HI INVESTIGATION OF EFFECTS OF HALOTHANE AND HALOTHANE TOGETHER WITH VITAMIN E UPON THE FATTY ACID CONTENTS IN THE TISSUES OF GUINEA PIGS (M. Sc. Thesis) SERVET ÇETE GAZİ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY 1997 ABSTRACT In this study, contents of the fatty acids in guinea pigs tissues exposed to halothane and halothane together with vitamin E were determined. As tissues, liver, heart, kidney and lung were used. Experiment animals were examined in three groups as control group, halothane group and halothane together with vitamin E group. It was observed that, the contents of unsaturated fatty acids in the guinea pigs tissues exposed to halothane decreased with respect to control group; the content of saturated fatty acid, although they decreased after a set of experiments, did not generally much when compared with unsaturated fatty acids saturated fatty acids. As for the tissues of the animal exposed to halothane together with vitamin E. It was observed that the contents of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids were protected according to the control group, except for a few experiments considered to be the result of experimental mistake.
