Abstract

n ÖZET OTOMOTİV BAKIM ONARIM İŞLETMESİNDE STOK KONTROLÜ VE OPTİMİZASYONU Koç, Kamil Bekir Doktora Tezi Gazi Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü 1997 Bir işletmede istenildiği kadar malzemenin hazır bulundurulması ve gereğinden fazla malzemeninde bulundurularak ilave stok maliyetlerine yol açmaması için, kullanılan malzemelerin optimum sipariş miktarını ve zamanını belirleyecek şekilde, uygun stok kontrolü yapılması gereklidir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde stok türleri, stok kontrol yöntemleri ve stok kontrolünün tarihi gelişimi incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümünde stok maliyetleri ve stok kontrol sistemleri açıklanmıştır. Üçüncü bölümünde dinamik stok kontrol sistemleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Dördüncü bölümünde stok değerleme ve talep tahmin yöntemleri incelenmiştir. Beşinci bölümde uygulamanın yapıldığı işletme tanıtılarak, maliyetlerin tespit edilmesi açıklanıp, hareket gören malzemelerin A-B-C sınıflaması ve talep tahmini yapılması, değişik metodlara göre optimum ekonomik sipariş miktarlarının(ESM) hesap edilmeleri açıklanarak, ayrı ayrı bilgisayar programları yapılmıştır. Bu bölümde ayrıca değişik metodlara göre bazı malzemelerin ESM'leri ve diğer çıktı verileri örnek olarak verilmiştir. Altıncı bölümde ise, elde edilen verilere göre ve genelde değerlendirme yapılarak sonuçlar belirtilmiştir.m Uygulama sonucunda görüldüki; otomotiv bakım onarım işletmesinde gerekli stok miktarından yaklaşık olarak %25 daha fazla malzeme stokta bulundurulmuştur. Bu sonuç işletmeye stok kontrolunda ek maliyet yüklemekte ve finansman kayıbı nedeniyle de, verimsiz bir çalışma yapılmış olmaktadır. Uygulama çalışmasında yapıldığı şekilde, işletmedeki optimum ESM '1er uygun yöntemler seçilerek bulunur ise, gereğinden fazla malzemenin stokta bulundurulması ortadan kalkacak ve ihtiyaç olduğu kadar malzeme de her zaman hazır bulundurulacaktır. Bu uygulamanın yapılması, işletmeyi gereksiz stoktan ve stok kontrol maliyetlerinden kurtaracak, yapılan tasarruf ile başka yatırımların da daha kolay yapılması gerçekleştirilip, sonuçta işletme verimliliğinde artış sağlanacaktır.

rv ABSTRACT STOCK CONTROL AND OPTIMISATION IN AUTOMOTIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRMENT COMPANIES Koç, Kamil Bekir Ph. D. Gazi University, Institute of Science and Technology 1997 In an organization, holding ready, required goods and not to increase stock(inventory) cost by stocking goods more than required, it is necessary properly control of stocks corresponding to the `optimum quantity and timing of orders`. In the first section of the study stock types, stock control(inventory management) methods and historical development of stock control are investigated. In the second section stock costs and stock control systems are explained. In the third section there is investigation about dynamic stock control systems and in the fourth section stock valuation, demand(purchase) estimation methods are analysed. In the fifth section company is introduced which research(study) is implemented, displaced(moving) material A-B-C classification, making demand estimation(forecasting), by explaining miscellaneous calculating methods of economical purchase(order) amount, different computer prpgrams are presented. In this section also economical purchase amount and output data for sample materials were given as an example. In thesixth section general assessment is done up to the data and results are given. As a result of implementation it is seen that automotive maintenance and repairment operation unit has approximately 25% excess goods in stock more than required. This result gives extra stock control costs to the company and because of some lost in finance, unproductive operation is being done. As in the study of implementation if the optimum economical purchase quantities are selected by proper methods, to have more materials than required in stock will be cancelled, and required goods can be found all-time. Realization of this implementation will provide company to getting rid of extra goods in stock and stock costs, saving will support other investments easily and will increase the productivity.
