Okul ve işletmelerde meslek eğitimi uygulamasının 12. yılında Ankara ilinde endüstri meslek liseleri boyutunun değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, 3308 Sayılı Çıraklık ve Mesleki Eğitim kanunu kapsamında uygulanmakta olan `Okul ve İşletmelerde Meslek Eğitimi` ile eğitimin Ankara İlinde Endüstri Meslek Liseleri boyutunun değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Ankara ilinde bu uygulamaya katılan işyeri ve işletmeler ile endüstri meslek liselerinin bir kısmı örneklem olarak alınmıştır. İşyeri öğrenci sorumlularına, öğretmenlere ve öğrencilere tarama modeli ile anket uygulanmış, anket sonuçlarına göre çizelgeler hazırlanarak sonuçlar ortaya konmuştur. İşletmelerde meslek eğitiminin faydalı olduğu ancak bazı düzenlemelerle sistemin tanıtımı ve eğitimine ihtiyaç olduğu görülmüştür. Buna ilişin sonuçlar tartışılarak öneriler halinde sunulmuştur.

In this research, dimensions of he education with the vocaional Training at Schools and Companies model which is being carried out under the content of the 3308 numbered Apprenticeship and vocational Training Law, was realised for Industrial Vocational High Schools located in Ankara. The offices and companies took part in the application and some of industrial vocational high schools were taken as a sample within the city of Ankara. The scanning method was used on students, teachers and people responsible from students at the offices. Results were given by preparing tables according to the survey results. It was seen that vocation training had been useful in companies but still there is a need for some arrangements, education, and presentation of the method. Results regarding those facts were given as an advice through discussion.
