Bazı Ebenus L. türlerinin karyolojisi

Abstract

BAZI EBENUS L. TÜRLERİNİN KARYOLO JİSİ (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Hüseyin AKSOY GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Aralık 1998 ÖZET Ebenus L. bütün türleri ülkemiz için endemik olan 15 cinsten biridir. Bu cins 17 takson ile temsil edilmektedir. Bunlardan dördü, E. plumosa Boiss & Bal. var. plumosa, E. plumosa var. speciosa Hub.-Mor., E. macrophylla Jaub. & Spach ve E. barbigera Boiss. kromozom morfolojileri bakımından incelenmiştir. İncelenen bütün türlerin diploid ve 2n=14 olduğu belirlenmiştir. Temel kromozom sayılan hepsinde x=7'dir. Kromozom boylan, E. plumosa var. plumosa, E. plumosa var. speciosa, E. macrophylla ve E. barbigera' da sırasıyla 4.30 - 2.67 pm, 4.91 - 3.09 pm, 4.22 - 2.15 pm, 2.78 - 1.58 pm arasındadır. E. plumosa var. plumosa'nın karyotipi lm+lsm+5m, E. plumosa var. speciosa'nın karyotipi 2m+lsm+4m, diğer ikisinin karyotipi 7m'dir. Satellitler, E. plumosa var. plumosa ve E. macrophylla 'da 4. kromozomun uzun kolunda, E. plumosa var. speciosa' da. 4. kromozomun kısa kolunda, E. barbigera 'da 3. kromozomun uzun kolundadır. Ayrıca, E. plumosa var. speciosa'nın 6. kromozom çiftinden birinin kısa kolu üzerinde 2.44 pm'lik ilave bir kromozom parçası bulunduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu parça, ait olduğu kromozomun uzun kolundan daha uzundur. KARYOLOGY OF SOME EBENUS L. SPECIES (M. Sc. Thesis) Hüseyin AKSOY GAZI UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY December 1998 ABSTRACT The Ebenus L. is one of 15 genus, whose all species are endemic for Turkey. This genus is represented by 17 taxa in Turkey. Four of them, E. plumosa Boiss & Bal. var. plumosa, E. plumosa var. speciosa Hub.-Mor., E. macrophylla Jaub. & Spach and E. barbigera Boiss. were investigated in terms of chromosome morphology. All species investigated found to be diploid with 2n=14 chromosomes. Basic chromosome number is x=7. Chromosome lenghts in E. plumosa var. plumosa, E. plumosa var. speciosa, E. macrophylla and E. barbigera are between 4.30 - 2.67 um, 4.91 - 3.09 pm, 4.22 - 2.15 pm, 2.78 - 1.58 pm respectively. The karyotype of E. plumosa var. plumosa consists of lm+lsm+5m, of E. plumosa var. speciosa consists of 2m+lsm+4m, two the others consist of 7m. Satellites were on the long arms of chromosome 4 in E. plumosa var. plumosa and E. macrophylla and 3 in E. barbigera. In E. plumosa var. speciosa satellit was on the short arm of chromosome 4. There was a 2.44 pm long chromosome fragment on the short arm of one of the homologous 6th chromosome in E. plumosa var. speciosa. This fragment was longer than the long arm of the chromosome.
