Düzlem çerçeve sistemli mobilya elemanlarının statik analizinde bilgisayar kullanımı

Abstract

Bu araştırmada amaç, pratik alışkanlıklara dayalı olarak üretimi yapılan düzlem çerçeveli mobilya elemanlarının tasarımına etki eden kesit ölçülerinin belirlenebilmesi amacıyla, sistemin statik analizinin, bilgisayar yardımıyla yapılmasıdır. Bunun için. sistem üzerine gelmesi muhtemel yükler belirlenmiştir. Bu sayede, kullanıcının gireceği yükleme biçimlerine karşı, sistemde oluşacak reaksiyon kuvvetlerinin ve iç kuvvetlerin (M, N, T,) hesaplamaları yapılacak, iç kuvvetlerin diyagramları çizilecek ve kesit analizi için gerekli değerler elde edilecektir. Bu amaçla, gerekli teorik hesaplama yöntemleri ile formüller verilmiş, ortaya konulmuş sistemle ilgili hesaplama mantığı geliştirilmiş ve `C` programlama dili kullanılarak, bu işlevleri bünyesinde toplayan bir program yazılmıştır.

The purpose of this research study is to realize the static analysis of the system trough computer in order to be able to determine the cross-section measures influencing the design of furniture elements having plane frame system being manufactured on the basis of practical habits. That is why, the forces (the loads) which are probably to come onto the system have been determined. In this way, against the loading forms of the user, the reaction forces which will come into being in the system will be calculated, the diagrams of the internal forces will be drawn and the needed values (data) for the cross-section analysis will be obtained. For this reason, the necessary theoretical calculation methods have been given with their formulae, a calculation logic has beendeveloped releated to the created system and a program including these functionsin it self has been written by using `C` programing language.
