Abstract

ASAYİŞE MÜESSİR SUÇ BİLGİLERİNİN BİLGİSAYAR ORTAMINDA DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Osman Nihat ŞEN GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Ocak 1998 ÖZET Bu çalışmada, Ankara Emniyet Müdürlüğü Asayiş Şube Müdürlüğü'nde mevcut Asayişe Müessir Suç Bilgilerinin bilgisayar ortamına alınması için gerekli işlemler yapılmıştır. Bilgiler ilişkisel veritabanlarından olan Oracle veritabanına atılmış ve istemci (client) tarafında çalışacak programlar Oracle'ın 4.kuşak ürünü olan Developer/2000'de yazılmıştır. Programın verdiği istatistikler de, Developer/2000 ürün ailesinden olan Reports Designers hazırlanmıştır. Bu istatistikler ile Ankara'da asayişe yönelik suçlar ile ilgili değerlendirmeler yapmak mümkün olmaktadır. THE EVALUATION OF THE CRIME INFORMATION CORRESPONDING TO PUBLIC ORDER IN THE COMPUTER ENVIRONMENT (M.Sc. Thesis) Osman Nihat ŞEN GAZİ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY January 1998 ABSTRACT In this study, necessary work to put the crime information in to the computer environment is done. The information is about the public order. The information exist in Ankara Police Department Public Order Section. The information has ben put into one of the relational databases called Oracle and the programs which will run on the client site had done with the Oracle's fourth generation language called Developer/2000. The statistics that the program generates, had done with the program which is the part of the Developer/2000 family called Reports Designer. With these statistics it is possible to generate new ideas about the crimes according to the public order.
