Abstract

BİNA ÜRETİMİNDE TEKNOLOJİ TRANSFERİ VE YEREL KOŞULLARA ADAPTASYONU SORUNLARI (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Reşat KARADENİZ GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Şubat -1998 ÖZET Genel olarak üretim, üretim eylemleri ve üretimde telnolojinin önemi vurgulanarak, teknolojik değişimin nasıl yaşandığı anlatılmaya çalışılmış ve bunun devamında bina üretiminde gereksinimler, teknolojik düzeyin belirlenmesi ve bunun uygulama, olanak ve kısıtlarının saptanması için; üretim ve üretim biçimleri incelendikten sonra, `Teknoloji` kavramı üzerinde durularak teknoloji transferi ve adaptasyonu konularına kuramsal olarak yaklaşılmış ve son bölümde de bu bağlamda transfer edilen teknolojilerden biri örnek alınıp yerel üretim faktörleri doğrultusunda uyarlama olanak ve biçimleri irdelenerek, uyulması gereken şartların saptanmasına çalışılmıştır. TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER IN BUILDING PRODUCTION AND ITS ADAPTATION PROBLEMS TO LOCAL CONDITIONS (Master Thesis) Reşat KARADENİZ GAZİ UNIVERSITY PHYSICAL SCIENCES INSTITUTE Fabruary-1998 ABSTRACT Production, production activities and the role of technology on production is emphhasized in general; experince of technological change is dealt with and needs in building production, production and production methods are studied on in the framework of these structure methods for the determination of technological level and its applications, possibilities and limitations. The concept of `Technology` is dealt with, technology transfer and adaptation issues are theoretically approached and in the last part, one of the transferred technologies is chosen as a sample and its possibilities and kinds of adaptation is examinied in view of the local production factors, and terms to be confirmed are discussed.
