CİNSİNİN MORFOLOJİK VE ANATOMİK İNCELENMESİ YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİ BİYOLOJİ Figen TULUK (ÖZKAYA) GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ ÖZET Araştırma materyali ülkemizin değişik bölgelerinden toplanan Ebenus L. cinsine ait 14 tür ve tür altı taksondan oluşmaktadır. Cinse ait türlerin tamamı ülkemiz için endemiktir. 6 tür Akdeniz, 8 tür de İran - Turan elementidir. Türlerin pedinkullarından ve yaprakcıklarından enine kesitler alınarak fast - green ikili boyama sistemi ile boyanmıştır. Pedinkül yaspıklarında epidermis, korteks, iletim demetleri ve öz yapıları mevcuttur. Morfolojik olarak kök, gövde, yaprak, çiçek ve meyve özellikleri tek tek incelenmiştir. | dc.description.abstract | MORPHOLOGICAL AND ANATOMICAL STRUCTURE OF THE GENUS EBENUS L. IN TURKEY Figen TULUK (ÖZKAYA) GAZİ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY December 1996 ABSTRACT The study material which belongs to genus Ebenus L. was collected from different regions of Turkey. It has 14 taxa at subspecies anvarietae level. All the species are endemic for Turkey. 6 species are belong to Mediterranian an 8 species belong to Iran - Turanien phytogeographical regions. Taking cross - sections from peduncle and leaflets were steined fast - green system. Epiderma, cordex, vascular tissues and central tissues were observed on peduncle, on the other hends epiderma, mezophylla and vascular system were observed on leaflets cross - section. Roats, caudex, peduncle, leaves, flowers fruit and seeds characteristics were examined morphologicaly.
