Abstract

ISO 9000 KALİTE GÜVENCE SİSTEMİ (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Gürsan KESKİN GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Mayıs 1999 ÖZET Eğer ürün spesifikasyonları müşteri beklentilerini karşılamıyorsa etkin bir Kalite Güvencenin varlığından bahsedilemez. Etkili bir Kalite Güvence Sistemi pazarın talebini tam olarak görmeli ve bu isteklerin doğru ürün ve doğru proses şartlarında kullanıldığını güvence altına almalıdır. Bu anlamda, bir yönetim aracı olarak Kalite Güvencenin üzerinde durulmalıdır. Sözleşmelerle belirlenmiş spesifikasyonlara göre ürün ya da hizmet üreten bir firma, Kalite Güvence sayesinde bu spesifîkasyonlann elde edildiği güvencesini müşteriye sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada Kalite Güvence Sistemi'nin önemi, tanım ve gelişimi gibi konulara değinilmiş ve Kalite Güvence Sistemi'nin kurulması aşamasında yardımcı olabilecek adımlar önerilmiştir; ve ISO 9002 Kalite Güvence Standardı'nın Emsan Paslanmaz A.Ş. ISO 9000 QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM (M.Sc.Thesis) Gürsan KESKİN GAZİ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY May 1999 ABSTRACT If the specification of the product does not reflect the characteristics expected by the customer, Quality Assurance, in an absolute sense, is ineffective. To be effective, Quality Assurance must constantly evaluate what the market wants, and ensure that these requirements are translated into appropriate product or process specifications. In this respect Quality Assurance must be regarded as a management tool. If the company must supply a product or a service which satisfies contractual specifications, Quality Assurance provides the customer with a high level of confidence that mis is achieved. This study presents the importance, the definitions and the development of Quality Assurance System. In addition, the steps are proposed, which would be helpful in the establishment phase of Quality Assurance System and applications of Quality Assurance System (ISO 9002) in Emsan Paslanmaz A..Ş. are given.
