Abstract

YAZILIM GELİŞTİRME SÜREÇLERİNDE YAZILIM KALİTE STANDARTLARI (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Nursel YALÇIN GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Nisan, 1999 ÖZET Kalite, en basit tanımıyla kullanıma uygunluktur. Bu kullanıma uygunluk ise; yazılımın verimliliği, güvenilirliği, tutarlılığı, kalımlılığı, kullanılışlığı, doğruluğu, bakım kolaylığı, doğrulanabilirliği, genişletilebilirliği, esnekliliği, uyumluluğu ve taşınabilirliliği gibi özelliklerdir. Bir yazılım ürününün belirtilen kalite özelliklerine sahip olabilmesi için uluslararası nitelik kazanmış ISO standartlarına uygun şekilde tasarlanması ve geliştirilmesi gerekir. Yazılımda kalitenin sağlanması, yazılım geliştirme sürecinin itinayla gerçekleştirilmesine bağlıdır. Kaliteli yazılım; önceden belirlenmiş olan fonksiyonel ve kullanım ihtiyaçlarına, yazılım standartlarına ve bir yazılımdan beklenen bütün özelliklere tamamen uygun olan bir yazılımdır. This conveniency involves such features of the software as the productivity, the reliability, the consistency, the continuity, the usefulness, the accurecy, the facility of the maintanance, the verifiability, the extensibility, the flexibility, the suitability and the portability. In order to have these specified quality features of the production, a software production should be defined and developed in a way that it will be suitable to the ISO Standarts which have international property. The quality in the software depends on the realizing development process with core. A guality software is the software that is completely suitable to the functionel needs of the use, the software standarts and all the features expected from the software.
