| dc.description.abstract | X-ISINLARI DİFRAKSİYON YÖNTEMİ İLE BÖBREK TAŞLARININ NİTEL ANALİZİ (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Hande BOYACIOĞLU GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Ağustos 2000 ÖZET Bu çalışmada; X-ışınlan toz difraksiyon yöntemi ile, kristal yapı özelliği gösteren, farklı hastalardan elde edilen böbrek taşlan deneysel olarak araştırılmıştır. Otuz (30) adet böbrek taşının, toz difraksiyon analizi sonucunda, bu taşların; Kalsiyum Okzalat Hidrat (C2Ca04.H20), Amonyum Magnezyum Fosfat Hidrat (NH4MgP04.6H20) ve Kalsiyum Okzalat Hidrat (C2Ca04.2H20) içerdiği bulunmuştur. Thesis) Hande BOYACIO?LU GAZI UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY August 2000 ABSTRACT In this study, Kidney stones showing cristal structure were analyzed by powder diffraction method. It was found that the chemical structures of these 30 kidney stones included Calcium Oxalate Hyrate (C2Ca04.H20), Ammonium Magnesium Phosphate Hydrate (NH4MgP04.6H20) and Calcium Oxalate Hydrate (C2Ca04.2H20).
